- EASY DOSING: You only need about 10 to 30 grams of baking malt per kilogram of flour. Our barley malt is therefore particularly productive and also convinces with its long shelf life.
- WITHOUT ADDITIVES: The baking malt does not contain any additives such as ascorbic acid or artificial enzymes. It is a pure organic natural product - and you can taste it!
- GOOD NUTRITIONAL VALUES: A portion of enzyme-active baking malt consists of 100% organic barley malt and therefore contains a lot of protein and dietary fibres - ideal for a conscious diet.
