The Discovery genre celebrates the diverse and expressive flavours made possible by these distinctions. The famous Kochere region of Ethiopia is home to the washing station of Masreshu Sima. Sitting in the shade of Reko-Mountain, the landmark from which it takes its name, the mill carefully collects and processes cherries from surrounding farms. Dedicated training and education, meticulous selection and complete control at the mill from cherry to delivery produces spectacular results with every harvest. This lot showcases incredible stonefruit sweetness expect notes of peach, apricot and earl grey tea.
